Puzzle Racer
Puzzle Storm, but against other people at the same time.
How it works
Everyone in the race gets the same puzzles in the same order, and everyone
gets the same time. Whoever solves the most wins. A mistake does not end your
run, but it costs you time you cannot get back.
You can race strangers by joining a public race, or send a link to friends and
race only them. Racing friends is the more interesting version — you can compare
where each of you slowed down afterwards.
Getting better at it
Do not watch the leaderboard mid-race. The seconds you spend looking at
somebody else's score are seconds you are not solving.
Accuracy beats speed here more than in Storm. Everyone has identical
puzzles, so a race is usually decided by who made fewer mistakes rather than by
who clicked faster.
Review the race afterwards. Since everybody solved the same set, the puzzle
where you lost the lead is a precise, personal diagnosis.
